✔ Topano Movers does not transport illegal or prohibited items such as firearms, drugs, or restricted materials.

✔ Any rescheduling of a move must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

✔ If a cancellation occurs after the team has already arrived, the client will be responsible for fuel and basic service costs.

✔ Packing services will only commence when a responsible client representative is present at the location.

✔ Clients are advised to inform building management, caretakers, or security in advance to prevent delays. Waiting time charges may apply if this is not done.

✔ Our team does not pack valuables such as cash, cheque books, jewelry, watches, bonds, mobile phones, or tablets.

✔ Clients are expected to be present during the relocation or assign a responsible representative to supervise the process.

✔ The destination premises must be fully prepared before arrival (clean, accessible, and free from ongoing work such as painting).

✔ Clients should separately pack essential personal items such as documents, medication, car keys, and cash before the move begins.

✔ Our team only unpacks items that were packed by us during the relocation process.

✔ Topano Movers does not provide insurance coverage. Clients are encouraged to arrange personal insurance for added protection.
